These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Online Stores operated by Solid Rock Group LLC on behalf of CareQuest Solutions, which sells bedsheets and pillowcases through partnerships with senior care communities, real estate brokers, hospitals, and other industries. By accessing our Online Stores or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility to Use

You must be 18 or older to purchase products or register as a Sales Leader or Sales Representative.

2. Online Stores and Sales Leaders

Sales Leaders are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact and payment information
  • Ensuring Sales Representatives follow promotional guidelines
  • Representing products truthfully

Online Stores may be deactivated at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

3. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

Orders are processed through ShipStation and shipped via major carriers. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. By placing an order, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method.

5. Money-Back Guarantee

We proudly stand behind our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

To request a refund:

  • Contact us at support@carequestsolutions.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will refund your purchase or ship you a replacement — your choice.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities
  • Violate any local, state, or federal laws
  • Disrupt, hack, or interfere with our systems

7. Intellectual Property

All site content and product materials are owned or licensed by Solid Rock Group LLC or CareQuest Solutions. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how we collect and handle your personal data.

9. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

You agree that all disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not court:

  • Conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA)
  • Held in Dallas, Georgia
  • Each party covers its own legal costs
  • You waive the right to a jury trial or class action

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for your order. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access at any time for violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
